Greetings fellow beer drinkers and brewers,

The thought entity behind FleetingSmoke, aka Graham Moran, recently had an idea. Problem is, I am not sure how to accomplish my goal.

Here is the thing, I have been asked to create a beer to go with a dish for a company gathering. The request was that I incorporate the smoke from an item into a beer. I am wondering if anyone has experience with this, and if so, are they willing to share their experience.

I have been asked to kind of keep this under wraps in terms of who I am working with. I did let the company know I was going to be asking for a bit of help.

Please feel free to reach out to me privately if you have any suggestions.

Thanks in advance,

Graham Moran
