Chocolate syout cheddar
« on: October 07, 2010, 09:43:03 pm »
I bought at half pound today, and just ate a chuck. WOW!!! Was this an amazing cheese! I never expected to actually taste the chocolate stout in it, but I feel as if I just ate white sharp cheddad, and washed it down with chocolate stout. THe beer hits you right up front. It fades pretty fast, and then you're left with taste of white sharp cheddar. This is one fine cheese, gentlemen.  :D

Haven't tried that, but Wegman's has a black porter cheddar that's pretty damn good as well.
