Novalager Yeast Fermentation Temp
« on: February 04, 2024, 09:31:55 am »
I just kegged my first lager using this yeast. Seems okay to me. I fermented it at 58F. I saved the slurry and wondered what the beer would taste like at 50 F. Anyone done that?
