Shorts Soft Parade
« on: December 05, 2009, 06:01:59 pm »
Bought this as I have a bunch of hens over at the house helping the wife through the cancer stuff. Well, this is going over very well indeed. It is not overly sweet, no hop presence at all and am just loving it. Even though its 9% its very drinkable indeed. Going to keep this one as a choice for taking to parties.

Its a rye ale fermented with strawberries, blueberries, black berries and raspberries. Very well done Joe Short !!!!!

To ensure perfect aim, shoot first and call whatever you hit the target. This works in brewing, too.

The 9% has got to take a bit of the 'edge' off the moment too.

If we manage to get together soon I have some 'hop indulgence'  to share with you,  from the left coast area.
