Damn your nosy!

I mentioned it before but its been a while. essentially a 1.5 bbl brewery back to back batching into 3 bbl fermenters. We also have 4 blickmann 42 gal. conicals for specialty brews. Going to ride it out like this for a while to test the market. Not planning on making any money right now, just float the ship.
Its a lot like having a big homebrew system. I got tired of brewing the same thing over and over again for the last 2 weeks so last week I went in and brewed a Tripel. Right now its a lot of fun being small. I'll be doing a lot of one off batches.
