Lost: valuable asset
« on: October 12, 2010, 07:43:19 am »
So, it has been a few months, and I have been missing Techtalk, so much so that I decided to look for it.  Did any 2.0 version ever get started, has anyone seen it?  Of course, I wouldn't know as this has been the first time in months that I have come to this forum (and how else would I know).  I wonder what Gary Glass is doing these days?

You wouldn't believe the things I've seen...

Alas, the days of email-driven forums is going by the wayside.  HBD is the only other one I'm aware of at this point, and it is basically on life-support with only a few topics posted each week.  Hopefully, there is an archive set up or being set up for Tech Talk as there is definitely valuable information that can be searched/researced in a database.

FYI, the AHA forum can be set up to notify you when there is a topic/category of interest to you or a thread that you began.  In that way, you get a reminder/link to return to the website.  Just look under your Profile and notifications to make the settings.
