I am boiling up a 1.054 ESB (Target) Should I go with 1 pack US-04 or 2 ?
Thanks in advance, I dont want to over attenuate.

Assuming a 5 gal. batch, 1 is plenty.

Pitching rate has nothing to do with attenuation IME.
BTW, it's US-05 and S-04. I'm assuming you're using the latter.

Like Denny said, 1 packet is enough for a batch of that size and gravity. Using two won't hurt, but it's not needed.
