Bellevaux Malmedy Blanche
« on: April 17, 2011, 09:26:26 am »
Finally got around to drinking this bottle and its like others from the Brasserie de Bellevaux in Malmedy,Be.,nice but nothing great nor with any real flaws, did have a tartness that I didn't recall in the fresher bottles @ the brewery.

I'll see how the yeast does in a 1 gal. test batch.

This review is about right>
"Yellow color, disappearing white head. Aroma of wheat, coriander, lemon. Flavor is tart lemons, coriander, wheat, grain, sour lemon finish. Light bodied. Refreshing"
