I call that distilled beer, so I wouldn't give it a "crown", unless the crown would be for "world's lowest ABV whiskey" perhaps! Freeze distillation is still distillation, despite the use of freezing instead of an alambic. The one problem I could see with this is that freeze distillation doesn't give the opportunity to discard the "heads" and "tails" so you could have a higher presence of high alcohols and other impurities that might add up to a wicked hangover with excessive indulgence.
