I am having new brew pots done.
I just went to see them.
I think they are quite large.
What do you think?

They MIGHT be large, or it could be just the camera adding 50 gallons to em.
Put a woman in one of the pots so we have some scale to work with.

Looking forward to seeing some pics of the brewery.

Are you still planning to use conical fermeters?

Best of luck to you.

6 hour drive for me to come buy a beer.  :(
What are your distribution plans - at least initially?

New Glarus won't distribute in Illinois because of the BS here.

So far we have empty space.
We should be getting 6 350 gal conical and one 110 Gal propagator tank.
No open fermenters so far.

We will be self distributing brewery and we will try to go after local market first.
I do not see us going out of the state any time soon.

So you best chance to get our beer would be visit Eau Claire.

Way to go!  I've been keeping it quiet ever since you told me at NHC, but now the cat's out of the bag.  Best of luck!

Thank you guys.
Raw volume is 210 gallons.
I am planning to use 6 heating elements.
I hope they will be done in middle of November.

Awesome - Best of luck.

Since collaboration brews seem to be the 'in thing' among pro-brewers, have you & Major considered doing one?

that is a great idea but we live quite apart.
As far as Pro-brewer thing. I am still working on license.
I hope to have it done by the end of the year.
