Fuller's London Porter Clone, and if I get enough time I'm gonna rack a vast (60+ Imperial gallons) of cider.

Nothing this weekend.  Didn't get around to drilling the new kettle last weekend so that will hopefully get done this weekend.

10 gallons of "Bruce's Brown", an American Brown that my neighbor considers his Christmas beer.

No brewing but I have 5 gallons of West coast IPA (or RED???) in my brand new conical. Need to dump the yeast tomorrow. Will be the first time going from primary to secondary without racking! I have an APA in the keg conditioning that I'll be "sampling" all weekend!!!

Wow!  60 gallons?  Did you press them yourself or did you pony up a ton of money for the apple juice?

Continuing my epic bottling of beer from the last 3-4 weeks of brewing.  With any luck I'll have completely empty buckets and carboys at the end of this.

Getting ready for the hollidays... Brewed a Porter and a Cream Ale.  The Porter may get some bourbon soaked Oak Cubes added in secondary, and the Cream Ale is my gateway brew to entice the Bud drinkers...

Did my Imperial oatmeal stout on Friday-put almost 5 pounds of oatmeal instead of the 2 pounds the recipe called for.  It will be interesting.  Yesterday crushed 8 pounds of crabapples and 8 pounds of grannysmiths to get almost 2 gallons of juice, topped it off with WallyWorld apple juice for 5 gallons and pitched Nottingham.  And I just doughed in for a rye IPA-20 pounds 2-row pale, 5 pounds rye and 1.5 pounds crystal 60.  For hops it'll be Columbus for bittering and Cascade for 20, 5 and flameout additions.
