Seeking Master Brewer

An award winning Ohio Hospitality firm is now seeking a master brewer. This position will be to work hand in hand with our group to develop a trendy brewery concept. This candidate will be eligible for ownership within the company as well as salary.

Guess you've never been to the Great Lakes Brewing Company in Cleveland...... I was getting outstanding ales there in 1991......and they've been around longer than that..... A great restaurant with a brewery attached..... long before all that shid was popular.

I did visit a few brewpubs while at the '97 NHC.  The boat ride on the river was a blast too!

Don't remember it being overly trendy though...
