Jaybeerman you seem to be as much an animation fan as me. I love 3d animation. What else to you got.
Ever seen any of Ivo Caprino's stuff?
Have you seen MadameTutli Putli?
Jan Swankmire is great and the trippy Brothers Quay. Good Stuff!
Here is Madame Tutli Putli http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KcdzdHoDvkg
Wow. Ok, Ivo Caprino, don't know him but he's from the land of Norwega (i.e. he’s Norwegian) so his stuff is surely worth watching. Tutli-Putli was good; I will have to learn more about these guys as well. Jan Svankmajer is good, I’ve only watched Alice and hope to see “Dimensions of Dialogue” and “Scenes from the Surreal” soon. Only heard about the Brothers Quay, I think I have a collection of their stuff in my Netflix queue. So far, aside from the Disney style stuff like Wallace & Gromit, 9, Coraline and Tim Burton stuff, I’ve seen the following, Waking life, Harvey Krumpet, Mary and Max, $9.99, The Piano Tuner of Earthquakes (hey, I have seen two Brothers Quay films apparently they did the Frida animation too), Waltz with Bashir, Labyrinth of Darkness. Pretty cool stuff, I’m always looking for more.
