Presumably those cues are for 8-track, though, right? Anyone know if the CD has the same transition times between tracks?

When I did it I think it was the LP

I havn't tried it at that point but I have tried it with the MGM lions third roar and that worked pretty well. (Not all versions have three roars though you have to find an older version, probably on VHS)

Ain't the Internet great?

I don't see what the big deal is, although the tornado part is pretty trippy.

I suspect it benefits from chemical enhancement.

Yeah, we tried it in college with a CD.  Seemed to match up perfectly.  I'm not sure how we would have known the difference though...

This movie will be awesome. It is the Cohen Brothers.

I just tried watching the link. Not so good without something to make you say "Woah!"

Isn't there a thing (urban myth?) about starting Pink Floyd'sDark Side of the Moon and the Wizard of Oz at the same time?

Friend of mine bought a DVD that merged the two. There are a few interesting match ups. The only chemical enhancement we had was beer. But if we had known about this 30 years ago, we might have tried something stronger.  ;D

I've watched a few trailers for the new True Grit.  It looks good!  It looks like it follows the same story line pretty closely.

Only one thing I see wrong - Matt Damon as La Boeuf

Funny!.

I love the Coen brothers, I dont think they are capable of making a bad movie. I am surprised they are making a remake though. Im sure it will be good.

I cant wait to see the Yiddish Policeman's Union. That one will be weird though I havent read the book.

Or how bout Old Fink?

Watch it, it's very good. I'd put it in my top ten for sure. (note: the number of movies that I place in my "top ten" has grown substantially)
