We had a cold stretch last week and there were a few inches of ice on the ground. Right now 55 and raining, upper twenties and low thirties the rest of the week which is warm for mid January.

I'm three miles from the Pacific Ocean and the weather is awesome. On our balcony grilling a tri tip and bell peppers enjoying a SNPA.

Still need to decide on a new handle as I am no longer in Texas.

Not yet. We have to wait for the thaw to pour concrete, but it's prefab so it should go up pretty quickly after that.

One of my favorite aspects of living in LA is during the winter when I can work down at my office near the ocean and look back east and see towering peaks covered with snow that I could be in after a "short" drive.
