Al Gore must be in town.  Seriously, there are at least three or four instances of him showing up to give a global warming talk and the location having record cold weather.  It was big news once when it happened in NYC.

90F and very windy.  Going on 180 days without measurable precip-that's bad even for us.

But record cold just makes his point of climate change for him, why would that be "big news"?

It snowed really hard for about 20 minutes, then changed to rain for 10 minutes, then tapered off.  The sun is out now. :)

So you're saying it's normal?

It could be, maybe I've just never been watching during the right 20 minutes in years past. :)

30F at 7:00 AM, looked out the window and it was once again white outside.  Got about 1.75" of snow, but it has melted.

Normal for winter spring in Michigan, Gordon.

Wasn't doing anything, just brewing a historic IPA.  Should be ready next year.

Forecast for today: high of 96* with 10% chance of thunderstorms and isolated showers after 1600. Gusty. I think this Summer is going to be a scorcher.

An amazing nearly full moon, big billowy moonlit clouds, light cool breeze (66F) coming down off of Mauna Loa...
