Bring them in or they'll be singing soprano in the morning.
Wouldn't that apply to all male monkeys, not just the brass ones?  What about the females?

Nah, it has something to do with rolling ship decks and different coefficients of thermal expansion...  ???

Never heard of it, or what that might have to do with monkeys, or why a monkey would be on a ship, or why it would be made of brass. ;D

Some folks just don't understand.   ::)

You should see the looks I got when I asked some of my co-workers if they've ever smoked a fatty.  :D

What do you suppose they would think if you smoked a fatty with Popa Chubby?

I got a few Huh's? and giggles when I said I'd smoked a fattie over the weekend. Luckily there were pics on my phone. ;D And not the Miley Cyrus type either.

Well, the first snow of the year started about two hours ago here.  Doesn't look like it'll amount to much but should do wonders for the traffic gridlock today.

Iowa City got it's first substantial snow of the year last night, probably about 2 or 3 inches.  The temperature is around 20F.  I love winter.  Riding my bike in the snow is even more fun...

We got 2" of rain here in 10 minutes this afternoon.  Pretty amazing experience being in that.  Even more amazing that it is not uncommon for this to happen this time of the year here.

They're call for 1 -2 " of snow tomorrow. Last Christmas snow was in the '60s.
1" of snow will completely shut us down.
