Speaking of Texas, anyone heard anything from Euge lately?

I was wondering what's up with him as well.

It's a balmy 24 here in Chicago today with gust winds and a windchill of about 8, coldest day here in the last 10 months!

Since Thursday night our high has been 33F, just briefly this after.  But this afternoon it started sleeting and now it's snowing.  It probably won't amount to much but it is a real nuisance.

It's 21F with a wind chill of 9F in Indy right now. Like my Dad used to say -   "Colder than a well digger's ass".  ;D

They really should do something about wind chill.

0 F this morning.  But look out!!!! Falco's coming and it's going to dump a whole 2-4 inches of snow on NH!!  ::)

Is this the first year they started naming minor snow storms?

They only name them back east if they might snarl NYC traffic. ::)

Was a balmy 10 degrees F here this morning.  Amazing how warm that feels after sub zero stints.

Arise old thread! ;D

Its a balmy 89F here at a quarter to eight in the evening ushering in May. A light breeze and 11% humidity. Feels like 85F...

Sun is dropping towards the horizon casting long shadows and building a golden sunset. Low of 57F tonight. Not a cloud in the sky. BBQ on the breeze.

It's starting to get up to 90 around here. I am not looking forward to the summer, minus seeing hops growing in my backyard.

We got some relief last week but days have been hot, humid and breezy. Currently, evenings outside are phenomenally comfortable. Great for sitting, tunes and drinking cervesa. Will take advantage of this awesomeness as long as it lasts. Most likely another few weeks.

Then that's it until October.

We've had a real spring up my way for the first time in ages. Usually we go from a cold, wet late winter right into humid and gross around here, but it's been 65-80 for the highs and 50ish for the lows for almost a straight month now. I'm regretting not getting an early jump on the garden, but I've gotten screwed by late frost the past couple of years.

Right now it's 70 and climbing with barely a cloud in the sky. Guess I should get off the computer and go outside lol :)
