In the process of making a bocon bomb for poker night, tonight. After realizing just how much awesome occured with my brown sugar rub on the pork and bacon Monday, I made a brown sugar rub for the bacon bomb. Gave it a real healthy coat on top. This should be the best bacon bomb ever!!!!  8)

As of late I have been substituting hamburger and diced onions for the sausage for my bacon bombs. Slicing and putting on a bun. Just a little different twist.

Or try "bacon explosion". I remaned it the bacon bomb, because the bacon explosion comes a few hours later. This is the bomb that sets off the explosion!

Funny you mention that. Actually, Harley may just love bacon even more than me. If you can believe that!  :o
