Belgian Beer Soup

The recipe out of "Beer Captured"...... I've made it twice and once added Chorizo, and the other time Chicken sausage.....
Damn good if I say so myself, though others, known for their sophisticated palates, concur.......try it.

Sounds good!  I have the "Beer Captured" book but have never made the recipe.  I'll have to make it sometime in the near future.
