Most of the time that I use mine is to see how a batch came out that I was fermenting. After racking the finished beer to a keg, there is always a quart or two left so, I pour it in a funnel on top of a two liter bottle, jack the regulator up to 32 psi and shake the bottle so it absorbs C02 and gets carbonated. I'm not worried about oxidation because I drink it immediately.
