Good day folks! I just kegged my first beer, a Belgian dubbel, i'm soooo excited. Just a few questions really.., i've heard so many different method on force carbonation and its really quite overwhelming. I figured the set it and forget it method is the best move, so i set it to 7 psi in my fridge which is about 38 degrees Fahrenheit.. is this a good move, and if so how long shall i wait to tap the first pint?!
