Nice brewstand.

I'm working on putting one together very soon.

How much time does it trim off your brew day as opposed to the more conventional homebrew systems?

I'm not sure. My favorite thing about brewing is the ability to lose track of time completely. All I know for sure is that it takes a lot of strain off my back not having to lift sparge water to dump into the mash tun anymore

I'm with you on that one. What a great hobby.  8)

Jeff that is my handwriting on those Challenger hops from Rebel!

I thought that might have been your order when I pulled it awhile back.

Nice system!  I'm just doing a gravity fed system but it is much easier now that I built a brew stand instead of stacking things up in a precarious balancing act as I used to.

Nice system.  I'm in the process of building a brutus ten as well. ;D

I just used rebel brewer on my last brew.  He did a great job.

IMHO Rebel is the best online brew shop there is...if only they would start a forum and call it Southern Brewer ;)

A 14 gallon conical is going to be my big purchase of 2010.

My envy is now visible.

lbm, I would think about putting a concrete "paving" stone or something underneath that burner, just my opinion.

yeah but I am talking about the bigger ones.  Like the stepping stone size. Big enough that you only need 1 underneath the burner.  but yes.
