Will brew on Monday.  I want to develop a "house" IPA for the year that takes it's cues from Tyranena Brewing Co.'s Scurvy.

Need to bump up the starter on Saturday and do a N. German Pils on Sunday, or Monday.

My son & I brewed an APA on Tuesday. It was the first time we brewed together. He lives ~400 miles away. He's never done an AG batch before and may be hooked.  It was a GREAT day!!!  Cheers!!!
If Homebrew & BBQ aren't the answer, then you're askin' the wrong questions... Cheers!!!

No brewing this weekend.  Today I added 3 pounds of cane sugar to the 10 gallons of tripel I brewed last weekend.  I hope that works out like it's supposed to, since I have never added sugar to a fermenting all-grain beer before.
I have to blend and bottle my entry for MCAB this weekend, too.  It's a sour solara project.  Wish me luck with that.

Cooling down an English mild. I decided in December 2009 (sort of a resolution) to brew only Belgian styles for all of 2010. Succeeded and enjoyed it, but I am happy to have other options again!
