That Chamomile Pale Ale sounds pretty interesting. Have you made it before? What kinda hops? This is the first time making it. I had some extract and some homegrown hops that I wanted to use. I am using homegrown Fuggles and Hallertau. I steeped 10 chamomile tea bags in 1.5L of hot water for 5 minutes then added it to the wort after I removed it from the heat. If you would like the recipe let me know and I will post it.
What does everyone out there have planned for their first brew of 2011? I'm planning to kick off 2011 with a big Tripel and hoping to use the yeast cake from that to brew a quadHappy New Year!
