Brewed a hoppy Irish Red on Sunday.  Only my 2nd batch I have ever brewed, hopefully it is as successful as my first.

My first batch of the year was just this past weekend. It was a simple extract Nut Brown Ale. A friend of mine brought over the ingredients and since it was his first time brewing I supervised and let him use my equipment. Hopefully this will get him as hooked on brewing as I am.

I decided to "Go Big or Go Home!" with an American Barleywine last Friday. As soon as the temps get above freezing around here, I'm going to brew my first lager of the year.  8)

My first was a German Pils, second will be a CAP, then a Bo-Pils.  On a Pilsner kick this year.

My first brew of "11" is going to be an American Pale Ale all grain. Should be brewing next weekend.
