I'm going on a three day ice fishing trip mid Feb, and I plan on taking a case of Milwaukee's Best Light!!!! (pics to come)

That's some pretty severe punishment!  What did you do wrong?

Okay, I'll Admit It I'm a snob :o  and will not drink any beer that I don't like plain & simple. No decent beer than  I drink vodka or water.

which part? The beer, or the ice fishing? I figured I might as well make a sucky weekend suckier.

Milwaukees Best Light is very nearly vodka and water.  Just with a hint of corn flavor.

I guess "how low can I go" might be best measured by my willingness to try to save a double IPA that developed a strange, unexpected pellicle in secondary.  Flavor was still fine, so I racked it out and kegged it immediately, at low temperature.

Perhaps you had too much Milwaukee's Best Light and brewed a Grand Cru instead of a double IPA by accident?   ;)

When I was in college, my only standard was "cheap" so we drank a lot of Old Swilwaukee, Stroh's, and Yuengling.  Had quite a bit of Schlitz Malt Liquor too.  Yuengling was the cheapest back then, and I was shocked a few years ago when I moved back to the east coast and Yuengling had become trendy and folks I worked with considered it craft beer.  It's not horrible, but c'mon.  My main objection to the BMC beers is supporting their domination of the market.  But I will have a Corona at the pool in the summer.
So good once it hits your lips!
