That's the beauty of Black Friday Brew Day! Make something just tad bit unconventional. I'm not going to go crazy and add smoked malt to a pilsner or dry hop scottish, but I thought what the hell. I had a cake and I thought I'd give it a go.
BTW, krauzen has almost completely fallen and I plan on bottling this and a soured cherry-infused blonde in a couple weeks. Gotta get this stuff all in before the baby comes!
