Wee Heavy recipe for Bourbon Barrel

Our club is planning to brew a Wee Heavy and age it in a bourbon barrel.  Any comments or thoughts about our recipe?

65  gallons

Pale  Malt             200  lbs
Crystal 120           3.25  lbs
Roasted Barley     3.00  lbs
LME (light)          33.00  lbs
Corn Sugar           5.00  lbs

Mash 156-158F

O.G.  1.107  (75% efficiency)
O.G.   1.101 (70% efficiency)

SRM:  17.3

N.  Brewer               7.5%      60  min  (32.2  IBU)
E. Kent Goldings    4.75%      15  min  (3.2  IBU)
