Blanche de Bruxelles... I'd like to brew a clone

Thee most goodest Belgian Wit I've had in recent memory is Blanche de Bruxelles. It's just so smooth and mellow. Lucky they have it on tap at Reuben's in Boulder, CO!

Does anybody out there have a clone recipe for it? Any ideas on the grain bill? Spices? Yeast? Temps?
