The real recipe for Anchor Liberty Ale for 5 gallons goes something like:

10 lb American 2-row
0.5 lb British Light Carastan
1 oz Northern Brewer (90 minutes)
1.5 oz Cascade (45 minutes)
1 oz Cascade (30 minutes)
1 tsp Irish moss (20 minutes)
1 oz Cascade (1 minute)
2 oz Cascade (dry hop)
WLP051 Cal V yeast

Mash at 150 F for 1 hour.  Boil 90 minutes, adding hops per schedule.  Ferment at 62 F for 1 week.  Dry hop in secondary.
