Step right up and give us the lowdown.

Are you brewing? What are you prepared to amaze us with?

No brewing this weekend - I'll be running a competition!

tough call.  may have some commitments, which would mean none.

but, if I got nothing to do, perhaps I can rack my pils to kegs and sneak in a house IPA brew - first time using Rahr 2-row...

A 3 gallon batch of bitter and then an RIS for my 100th batch. I've also got an IPA that's about ready to bottle. Yep, 100 batches and I've bottled them all.

Was planning on brewing up another round of the strong golden ale this weekend but our water main sprung a leak on Monday so I'm out of commission, in more ways than one, until it's fixed.  Hopefully that will happen next Wednesday and I'll be up and running for a brew day next weekend.

Once the yeast are bumped up it is time for a Bo-Pils.  Will then have 2A, 2B, 2C lagering.  I'm on a Pils kick right now.

Going to brew a California Common - and this thread reminded me I need to get my starter going today!

My starter is priming as I type for my Ofest that I'm brewing on Sunday. Also tweaking the burner design on my single tier brewstand.

A weekend of firsts for me.  Setting up my Top Tier system on Friday/Saturday then brewing up my first Lager with the new brewery on Sunday.  Going with JZ's North of the Border Vienna recipe.  Starter is cranking away as I type this.  A big thanks to Sean for his 2 stage starter guide (http://seanterrill.com/2010/03/08/two-stage-starter-calculations/)!

Congrats! This is a bottle-cleaning weekend for me, so I'll be ready to bottle my second batch of Amarillo APA next weekend. Probably another month before I brew again, with one thing and another.

update: I may have to find time to brew that IPA this weekend - to my suprise, went to pull a pint from two different taps last night and both only pushed about 6oz before !pfft!.

the on deck fridge just got dangerously low, down to only 5 kegs, 3 of which are extended lagering not ready for 1-2 more months  :o

guess my efforts to keep commercial buying to a minimum are paying off  :)

I need to brew something that will be ready fast so I'm thinking  maybe a rye pale ale, 1.060 OG or maybe even a mild.  I'm fast running out of pale beers and I already have 2 cold fermenting beers going-an alt and a helles rauchbier.

Nothing brewing this weekend.  I have a generic yellow light ale burbbling away.  Maybe I'll transfer it to a secondary.
