I'm lucky that I've had time, money and space to let my brewing addiction take over my garage and my life ;D, and very lucky that my wife is a dedicated enabler.

I'm with ya Corky.  Life's been good to me, so I have a top tier system.  But, not good enough to buy those boilermaker pots John sells.  I use sankey kegs.  I'm a bit of a gadget geek, so I do try new things from time to time.  I used to have a flat system with pumps, I did like the RIMS though.  But too many hoses and such to clean.  I just got Blichmann's plate chiller. (or it will be here tomorrow) so I'm looking forward to playing with that.  For me, a big part of the fun is the gadgetry.  But, I agree with others, it's what ends up in glass, that matters most.
