I think passing symbolic legislation to encourage the constituancy to live a responsible life-style is a good thing.

I think it's a waste of time because it does nothing and will be largely ignored.  Living a responsible lifestyle has to be taught, and the earlier you start the better.  Emphasis on _I_ think, just my opinion.

Just goofing around guys... The proof that the legislature gets good things done on behalf, and with the help, of their constituancy is in the subject of this thread.
