Could someone in the know explain what the Institute for Brewing Studies is/was?  Google doesn't help much.  Is this or was this a Siebel or Davis type school?  Thanks, j

The Institute for Brewing Studies was the division of the Association of Brewers that represented commercial breweries.  It became the Brewers Association Professional Division when the Association of Brewers and Brewers Association of America merged to become the Brewers Association.  It was not a brewing school.

Are there any brew schools, or accredited courses for brewing here in Colorado?
