Sometimes you can get hit fairly hard in the junk and it doesn't hurt that much.  Sometimes a light grazing is unbelievably painful.  It's not always how hard you hit.

NASCAR GPS... in one quarter mile, turn left....in one quarter mile, turn left....in one quarter mile, turn left....in one quarter mile, turn left.... never got the attraction to it, still don't...

Actually, I was alluding to my opinion that Sr.'s hit didn't look to be hard. It still blows my mind that it did him in.

I've got MAD respect for those boys. Still don't know how they fit in the cockpit with those monster cojones!

The only NASCAR races I watched were in Daytona.  I went to ONE Firecracker 400 (aka heatstroke 400).  Since they moved it to nightime it seems like it might be more bearable.

I went to many Daytona 24 hour races... Party in the infield!

Bike Week is part of Speed Weeks - the last week of Speed Weeks - the first week of March.

I met Sr. in Michigan in the 90's he was very accomodating to us and he cracked a few jokes with us. I cherish these moments.

Yikes! Did you see the dropoffs at the side of the road with no guardrail? Watched some rally car vids the other day of these guys hitting cows and horses that wander onto the course.
For the ultimate in butt puckering, Isle of Man footage is hard to beat...

Saw the 1999 race at Spa, yes the cars do go through there fast, the better drivers do not lift.

Drove Eau Rouge and the parts of the track that were not closed early in 1999, when it was still public roads most times.  Also drove though the country side on the roads used for the old long course.

The Pike Peak footage was very cool.  Thanks.
