so I had to open the bedroom window for the night to cool her down a bit.

This time of year
I am lucky enough to have carboys stashed in various places across the house,
taking advantage of different microclimates.

Umm, like that Simarillo in dryhop hanging off the table over that one baseboard heater that does not quite shut off all the way....
