Congratulations!  Do you have a pub or do you bottle/keg your beers?  It would be fun to visit this summer since I live in Appleton, WI.   :)

Very nice! Congrats!

Damn. I'm making the trip back to the USA for a family reunion which, for the first time since I can remember, isn't being held in Chippewa Falls. I still have a lot of family there including a beer-geeky cousin (who also owns a construction company, should you be in need). I'll be sure to pass on the word.

Congrats, and cool of you to be doing only lagers. I'm sure you've heard of Metropolitan in Chicago, that's doing the same thing. It's really helped them stand out in the crowd here.

There  is a new brewery in Ann Arbor,  Wolverine, that is doing mainly lagers.  We like them a lot, they have a wonderful Vienna on tap now.  Tank space is already getting tight for them.  That is good since they are selling a lot of beer, but not so good for getting the beer made.

Hope you have enough lagering tanks.

We started as Thirsty Monk Brewing but had to change the name.
So story goes like this:
He used to be thirsty.
Then he brew some beer and now he is Lazy.

Beer is good :)

I am taking a poll:
What tab handle you like the most?
1 is on left and 3 is on right.
I guess 2 is in the middle :)
