Yep.  I've contacted the AHA and they;re having the hosting company look into it.

It's been doing that over the course of the last couple days.  Works for a while, then craps out.  Try again later and it might (or might not) work for  while and then crap out.  Lather, rinse, repeat.

NO, and if there was they would not want us using it, and would probably figger it out if we did. They have a habit of looking for things to harass us about.
