Smoked meatloaf sandwich for me...I take a lb of hamburger, a lb of italian sausage, some breadcrumbs, a couple eggs, and worcestershire sauce, some homemade ajvar, salt, pepper, fennel, and red pepper...mix all up, and place in a foil pan (the bottom of which I've perforated to let fat out). Onto the smoker, then hot smoked (350 deg F) until done, halfway through putting a layer of good BBQ sauce on top.
Sliced, then on toast with pickles and more BBQ sauce. Cheap and very tasty.
