I personally think it would be a fantastic career move for them to switch places.  Col Gadaffi takes over as gag-man on a tired network sitcom, Charlie Sheen gets his own N. African country to run.  I wonder...the world might be a better place, for a short while!

I saw Sheen on the news this morning and thought being on TV must be like being President of the USA.  He's not much older than I am and looks like he aging twice as fast.  It must be all the stress of performing and being in the public eye.   Or it might just be booze and drugs taking their toll.  "We" care about this guy again, why?
