Good to hear you're feeling better.  No brewing this weekend...club events sat. and sun., along with doing the painting to finish (I HOPE!) the bathroom remodel.

I'll just be getting a starter of 2450 going from a slant for the following weekend.

Judging the Cascade Brewers Cup this weekend, ~425 entries.  The biggest Washington comp ever, not counting the first round of the nationals.

Laying out a new utility tub in my brewery. I have a used SS tub that I want to install for cleaning kegs and the like. No brewing.

I'll be brewing a Bell's Oberon clone and kegging my AAA. I'll also be putting a schwarzbier on the gas and sampling oatmeal stout on nitro.  8)

I'll continue my search in trying to make the perfect Pale Ale...one of these days I will stop experimenting and settle on one recipe, but I'm having so much fun ;D

After three weeks, my WLP833 starter (3L followed by another 3L) finally looks ready to go.  Think I will brew a nice Mexican Vienna in a Negra Modelo vein on Sunday that should be fermented, lagered, and ready to drink at my friend's Cinco de Mayo party in a couple of months. Hopefully three weeks later (March 26 or 27), I will use that yeast cake and split it for a double brew day....Oktoberfest and Maibock.

Bottling my Smoked Porter, and racking the Black IPA which is going to get some serious dry hopping. If things go well, I might get to a Biere de Garde that I've been meaning to make for a bit...

I'm planning on a single hop best bitter (East Kent Goldings), and I also have a batch of Belgian Single to keg.

I forgot I'm auctioning myself off tonight to raise money for the PTA at my kids' school.  Top bidder gets a starter homebrew kit from my LHBS, and I'll give them a homebrewing lesson at my place or theirs.  That should be fun :)

Way too much stuff going on to brew.  Saturday morning a 5K run (or walk) to benefit a friend.  Saturday afternoon the Florida Brewers Guild Festival (I get to announce the awards for Best Beer in Florida at 4PM). Sunday morning is the Gasparilla Arts Festival downtonwn Tampa.  And Sunday afternoon is the Brewers Ball, the culmination of all the pro and homebrew competitions for Florida we've been working on for the past four weeks.
Whew!  I want my life back.....As long as it includes beer.
