I forgot I'm auctioning myself off tonight to raise money for the PTA at my kids' school.  Top bidder gets a starter homebrew kit from my LHBS, and I'll give them a homebrewing lesson at my place or theirs.  That should be fun :)

Hopefully you fetch a good price!   ;)

Brewing a dopple bock, something close to the Ayinger Celebrator Doppelbock.
If you don't get in over your head, how are you ever going to know how tall you are.

I hope I did!  I didn't see the bids, it was a silent auction.  But it should be a good time, introducing someone to the hobby.  Hopefully they'll love it. :)

A Belgian Tripel is next on the docket, just have to grab some dried chamomile from a nearby health food store.  Still waiting on my special order yeast for the Ginger Saison I'm planning, I'm bummed that it hasn't arrived yet. :(

Bottling Northern English Brown, Sweet Stout and maybe a barleywine if it is ready. Looking for suggestions for the Ringwood cake from the brown ale? I've done porters on it, but I was looking for others suggetsions. I started a "Ringwood?" post in the Yeast boards...

Working all weekend  >:(  I was hoping to have some time next weekend for some brewing but it appears as though we'll be heading back to the wife's place to visit the family...Maybe in april.
Homebrewing isn't my obsession, it's my life calling, there's a difference.

I got my special bitters in the fermenters, now I'm about to sparge my robust porter.  Half of it will be a vanilla porter, half will be coffee porter once it's in the kegs.
I'd really just rather be brewing in sunny Carlsbad New Mexico

No brewing.  Bottled BVIP and kegged an all dark Munich alt.  Preliminary tasting is very good.   We'll see how it is after aging and carbonation.  Next up is helles or raspberry wit with frozen berries from last years fall crop.
