daaaaaaaamn where can we get those giant ceramic crock pots?
Tony, My father in law has quite a few of those old crocks. They're for holding dairy or making cheese or something. When used for making beer, I'm pretty sure you just cover the top with damp cheese cloth and let it ride. Either way, they're pretty cool. I know he got them from Iowa where he grew up but I've seen them in antique stores for next to nothing before. I'm sure if you hit up one or two antique shops, you'll be able to get one.
