« on: December 09, 2009, 08:00:43 am »
So I remembered I have a pack of this I need to use.
I don't wanna make a wit. Any recipes out there?
Thanks.

Check out the Patersbier recipe over at the northernbrewer.com site.  I've already tried it w/ three yeasts.  All delecious.

This is a yeast you can be creative with. A Christmas ale would be nice, or anything in the "Belgian Specialty" category.
