Got the grains crushed, hops and salts measured, yeast starter in the fridge for a day-off brew tomorrow.  Looking forward to it.  Only thing I'm wavering on is setting up the brewery in the garage tonight since it's still pouring outside.  That might have to happen tomorrow morning after the kids get dropped off at daycare.

Did a BoPils today using a decoction for the first time.  I was only planning on doing a single from sacch rest to mashout but didn't quite get to my sacch rest temp from the protein rest so I did a small one to bump up the temp.  Pretty easy.

Bottling a Pale Ale probably thursday, and brewing a Rye IPA with centennial, cascade, and amarillo hops, and Old Newark Ale yeast.  Need to get cracking on the brewing, because I plan on using this batch for the groomsmen at my wedding.  I'm only doing a 2.5 gallon batch for now.  Of course, if it's good, I'm going to want to drink it.  So i'll probably have to make another one.
