of late I have been trying to use only organic ingredients. so I order almost excusivly from 7 bridges as they are the only fupplier of organic ingredients I have found.

I can't believe I got sucked into this thread! 
Folks with a hop problem may not want to share.  :D



But anyhow, the Seven Bridges deserves this bump
especially if you might have a bent toward supporting organic farmers.

And I bet they can provide the best lambic hops anywhere. :)
 


I just got a package of hops from them testerday,
some Nelson Sauvin for a tester.

I know, stupid time of year to be sending for NZ hops,
but yea, that is what this thread is about. ;D

Never had an opportunity to try Nelson S hops yet. I understand they have a "white wine" fruitiness about them.

Good for APA's?

I'd like to give them a shot someday.

Yea, the hop affliction thread;
isn't that what this is?

 It can be an addiction,
having innumerable and embarrassing numbers of hops on hand. ;)
