WLP655 Belgian Sour Mix 1
« on: March 22, 2011, 09:59:45 pm »
Has anyone used WLP655 Belgian Sour Mix 1 exclusively in a primary fermentation.  I've had good results by adding it to a secondary fermentation, but have never used it as the primary source of Saccharomyces for fermenting.  Just wondering if this is a good idea to make a Flanders sour type beer..
