Maybe it should not be here, but where are you going to celebrate the big brew and how? Our club hopes to brew on premise at the local brew pub again, second choice is the local homebrew shop. We are going to let everyone know via the press. Maybe a pig roast along with brewing. Wow, I have crossed 3 subjects!  Let us know maybe you have a better idea for the big brew than us. I want to hear what is going down on May 7th 2011!

Oh, right.....hehehe......My sister made me some pretty cool invitations to send out a couple years ago, that I did not get to use. Might do it this year. Thinking I will do a pale ale. I'm sure something will be grilled or smoked, too.

I host an event every year at my place.  It will likely be pretty small this year (maybe just me and one other) because there's a major brewfest going on the same day.  Guess I'll skip the brewfest...I'm a homebrewer, after all.

our homebrew club is getting together at a couple members houses (across the street from one another) and brewing two 10 gallon batches of something and swimming and having a bunch of Q cooked on big green eggs and a bubba keg/big steel keg.

should be a blast.
