I got mine yesterday.  So far it seems very zen-like, as if I need to feel for and be the beer, but I'm not too far into it yet.

I don't want to spoil the ending, but here is a hint.  Vader is Luke's father.

I enjoyed the book, but I got a lot more out of the last Part than the first two.

Anybody on the east coast get their copy yet?

Not yet, but then I usually get my Zymurgy about one week after everyone else.

I've heard that Amazon is quoting a later date.  Not sure why.  Except perhaps their boxes ship after all the AHA orders are handled.  I will be signing some for the Brewing Network guys.  They should have it in their store sooner, after this weekend most likely.  The AHA store is obviously still selling it.

Got this from Amazon....

Cool.  I'd like to hear when someone who placed an Amazon order receives it.  I checked yesterday and the book was #7 on the beer books best seller list.  I've seen it between #7 and #11.

Getting ready to head off to the launch events this weekend.  Thanks for all the kind notes.

I got mine this week.  Is there an official errata yet?  Or do I not know what 12° L crystal malt is on page 3 in the recipe (I was thinking it is 120°)?

From the few pages I have read, it is great.  Thank you Gordon Strong!

Mine came in today's mail and I too thought 12L was a little odd.

Please tell me Jar Jar isn't in it...
Still waiting patiently for it to come.  I ordered Yeast, How to Brew and Gordon's at the same time.  The other two arrived yesterday.

Thanks for the LOL this morning.  It took me a second but vrey funny,

My copy showed up on Tuesday here in IA.  Started reading it yesterday.  Not too far but I'm liking it so far.  Not your typical beer text approach.  And I kind of wondered about the 12L Crystal too.  I figured it was just me not paying enough attention over the years.
